🛡 What Does the Theft Protection Plan Cover?
Our Theft Protection Plan is a voluntary insurance subscription that provides full theft coverage under the following circumstances:
1. Pre-Delivery Theft or Loss
If your package is lost or stolen during transit and never reaches you, we will replace the item after confirming the loss with the shipping carrier.

2. Post-Delivery Theft
If your item is stolen after it has been marked as delivered by the courier, you’re eligible for one replacement per calendar year through your active plan.
This is especially valuable in cases of:

Add Theft Protection Insurance for eligible items when placing your order. You can also enroll within 14 days of your purchase by contacting our support team.
2.Enroll
After purchasing the item, you will receive a link via email to active the yearly insurance (Which can be cancelled at given moment).
3.Get Covered Instantly
Once you're enrolled, coverage begins immediately — from the moment the order is placed to the moment it’s in your hands.
4.File a Claim If Needed
If theft occurs, follow our simple claim process (see below), and we’ll take care of the rest.
📄 Claim Eligibility & Requirements
To ensure fair use and protect our community, the following conditions apply to all claims:
✅ Pre-Delivery Claims

Must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We must receive confirmation from the shipping carrier that the package was lost, misdelivered, or stolen in transit.

Tracking information must show non-delivery.

Must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Required documentation:
-Proof of delivery (tracking details)
-A valid police report
-Photo ID that matches the order customer details
-For custom items: photos of the item or design confirmation
💍 Are Custom Orders Covered?
Yes — we also cover custom and personalized jewelry.
Because these pieces are often one-of-a-kind, our approach is slightly different:

You’ll receive either:
-A comparable replacement of similar value, or
-Store credit for the original amount paid

Exact replacements for custom items are not guaranteed due to material availability or design uniqueness

Claim must include photo evidence or design approval documentation
💸 Annual Subscription Fee
Your insurance fee is a small percentage of your item's purchase price, usually ranging between 3% and 7%, depending on item value and type. The final amount will be clearly provided at the time of enrollment.
✅ Once enrolled, your rate is locked in for life — you will not be affected by future price increases as long as your subscription remains active.

-Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
